A BIG BOOK FAIR 'THANK YOU'!
Thu 11 Nov 2021After yet another successful Book Fair, we would like to thank everyone who bought items last week. You all contributed to an amazing total of £1402.38, which has given the school a fantastic £841 in vouchers to spend on new books for the children. We would like to thank you all so much for your valued and continuous support.

Safeguarding Alert - Squid Games
Wed 10 Nov 2021It has come to our attention that pupils both nationally, and now in our school, are being exposed to inappropriate content from the Netflix show 'Squid Games'. This is clearly inappropriate for pupils in our school. Advice for parents can be found in the accompanying pictures:

Kingshurst Primary Admissions for September 2022
Wed 27 Oct 2021A reminder that you can apply for your child to join Kingshurst Primary in either our Nursery or Reception class in September 2022 now.
Children born between 1 September 2017 - 31 August 2018 start full time school in September 2022. To apply for a Reception place, please apply through Solihull Council Admissions HERE
To apply for a 15 hour Nursery place for children born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 to start in September 2022, please apply through the school HERE

A Big Book Fair 'THANK YOU' - May 2021
Mon 24 May 2021A big 'THANK YOU' to everyone who supported our Book Fair last week. A total of £1596.67 was spent on books and stationery, giving us an amazing £898 of rewards to spend on new books for our school library. Your continued support as always, is very much appreciated.

A BIG RED NOSE DAY 'THANK YOU'
Wed 24 Mar 2021A great big 'THANK YOU' to everyone who took part in and contributed to our 'Wear Red for Red Nose Day' last week. We have raised an amazing £221.60 so far (with donations still coming in to school!) Your support as always is very much appreciated. Well done to everyone who took part!

SafeToNet - Online Safety & Digital Wellbeing app
Fri 12 Feb 2021SafeToNet is an app for parents to help them safeguard their children from online threats, whilst still respecting their child's right to privacy. It also provides a handy digital wellbeing tool with supporting resources.
The SafeToNet Foundation is providing UK families with free-for-life access to the SafeToNet safeguarding solution during coronavirus.
Using the code: SAFE, parents can get free access to the app which has wellbeing activities and adds a safeguarding keyboard to the child’s phone. This keyboard alerts pupils when they are about to send something considered to be high risk.
